Responsibilities Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records Generate Sales Orders and process orders upon receipt of Customers' PO Issue invoices promptly to ensure correct billing and payment processing Handle incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain smooth inventory flow and customer satisfaction Assist with unpack & pack goods (Local & Overseas shipment) Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock or low-stock items to Sales and Operations. Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
