Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Advancement (Fundraising & Partnerships)

This role supports the College’s advancement and fundraising by strengthening engagement with alumni, industry partners, and supporters to develop philanthropic support aligned with strategic priorities in education, research, and innovation. Key duties include identifying prospective donors, supporting engagement activities for strategic programs, and coordinating fundraising initiatives with the University Advancement Office. Candidates should possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders. A Master's degree in relevant disciplines like Business, Communications, or Engineering is advantageous.
