Assistant Director / Manager, Health & Safety

The Assistant Director will lead the development and implementation of safety policies, governance frameworks, and health management systems across university research and infrastructure projects. They will also manage safety teams, conduct high-level audits, and provide strategic advice to senior management regarding complex safety and regulatory matters. Candidates must hold a degree in Science or Engineering, with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field being preferred. At least 10 years of experience in safety and health management within large, research-intensive, or multi-site organizations is required.
