Executive, Resident Relations

The incumbent will manage hostel applications, room assignments, and billing processes while ensuring high-quality facility standards through regular inspections. They will also act as a primary point of contact for student residents to resolve concerns, address feedback, and maintain safety and security across campus premises. Candidates must hold a diploma and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in residential management, customer service, or housing operations. Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or the hospitality sector is considered a significant advantage.
