About this role

Act as an HR Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness and provide strategic advice on HR policies, talent management, and manpower planning. Support senior leaders in managing industrial relations, employee grievances, and the implementation of HR initiatives within the VP(AI&DE) Office. Requires a degree and at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour Laws, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
