Research Associate (Psychology / Cognitive Neuroscience)

The Centre for Research and Development in Learning at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (CRADLE@NTU) seeks applicants with a Masters degree in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience or related field from University a recognised institution. The Research Associate will be an integral part of a research team in the Science of Learning of emerging skills (literacy and numeracy) conducting behavioral neuropsychological assessments with children and curating data for dissemination. Key Responsibilities: Liaise and work closely with stakeholders from external institutions, including schools, to support participant recruitment and research coordination. Overseeing data collection with a neuropsychological and cognitive assessment battery. Support follow-up longitudinal data collection and coordination across subprojects. Manage, curate, and maintain research datasets in accordance with research governance and data management requirements. Assist with data management and data analysis using software platforms Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, publications, and dissemination activities. Perform other research-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience or a related field At least 5 years experience in child development research Proficiency in statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS or R) and database management (e.g., REDCap) Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
