Research Associate (Psychology)

Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI) at Nanyang Business School, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Research Associate. The Research Associate will be part of a dynamic team of researchers involved in spearheading high-impact research on leadership and cultural intelligence. In addition, this role offers great opportunities for acquiring research skills and capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage data-collection, including set-up and administration/coordination of surveys and field interviews Collate quantitative and qualitative survey data and managing the database Conduct literature review and data analyses Present information in both visual and written formats Job Requirements: Master’s Degree, preferably in Psychology Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) Proficiency in statistical packages (e.g., R, SPSS) will be an advantage Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently under time pressure Excellent interpersonal skills We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
