About this role

The new Research Coordinator will oversee study preparation, data collection, study management and manuscript preparation for studies regarding Integrative Oncology, Breast & Gynaecology, Psycho Oncology and other related projects. Key Responsibilities Administrative Assists the Principal Investigator in submission of accurate and timely closeout documents. Coordinates appropriate and timely payments to participants (if applicable). HBRA/IRB Compliance Adherence to the HBRA/IRB by ensuring site compliance with research protocols by reviewing all regulatory requirements to confirm implementation of appropriate methods, practices, and procedures for all research activities. Risk Mitigation Develop the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks or non-compliance. Ensure all near-misses and protocol deviations are reported in a timely manner. Patient Recruitment and Follow up Select and pre-screen potential patient for study. Taking patient consent in clinic and follow up of the recruited participants. Data Collection Maintenance of existing database to input or validate prospective and retrospective data. Main Requirements: Degree in Psychology and/or Health Sciences 2 years of related working experience Computer literate and able to work on Excel Good time-management and communication skills Fluent English, able to communicate in Mandarin + other dialects and Malay will be an advantage. Team player and strong collaborator Meticulous and pleasant demeanour Independent, able to work under pressure and effectively multi-task
