Associate Executive, Finance (1-Year Contract Under Recruitment Agency)

Job Description: Manage patient enquiries and phone communications to resolve issues and provide timely information Follow up with patients to collect outstanding bills and ensure accurate receipting via PayNow, AXS, and HealthHub platforms Reconcile of HealthHub accounts and cash and credit card collections Send Statements of Account to patients Assist in billing medical records Support system integration tasks and prepare journal entries and audit schedules Coordinate follow-ups on MCPS-related matters Liaise with CPF and insurance companies to manage Medisave claims efficiently Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalent certificates Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel, to manage documentation and data entry Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record keeping Effective interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
