Senior / Medical Laboratory Technologist (Cardiac)

Job Description: The incumbent shall be responsible to: Coordinate and participate in a variety of duties involved in the operation and maintenance of cardiovascular equipment to provide detailed analysis of cardiovascular functions in the laboratory Perform routine cardiovascular tests, including transthoracic echocardiography, treadmill ECG testing, blood pressure and Holter monitoring Assist in performing transesophageal echocardiography Competent to perform echocardiogram test and prepare report To perform Stress echocardiogram investigations including, treadmill stress echo. Dobutamine stress echo. And transesophageal echocardiography test Assist with interventional imaging system, such as IVUS, FFE, IABP and OCT Assist interventionists in cardiovascular laboratory and record procedure in cardiac reporting system Job Requirements: Degree in Biomedical Science (preferably with specialisation in cardiac technology) & minimum 2 years relevant experience Those with Diploma in Biomedical Science (preferably with specialisation in cardiac technology) and/or with relevant experience may be consider for a junior position
