Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Research Fellow to join our dynamic cancer biology laboratory. The successful candidate will work on projects aimed at understanding the molecular mechanisms driving cancer progression, treatment resistance, and tumor microenvironment interactions. The role will involve designing and conducting experiments, analyzing complex datasets, publishing in high-impact journals, and contributing to grant applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute laboratory experiments related to cancer biology (e.g., signaling pathways, drug resistance, tumor immunology, etc.). Utilize molecular and cellular biology techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, flow cytometry, RNA sequencing, and imaging technologies. Analyze and interpret experimental data using bioinformatics/statistical tools where appropriate. Contribute to manuscript preparation, scientific presentations, and grant proposals. Maintain accurate records of experiments and results in accordance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with other researchers, clinicians, and technical staff within and beyond the institute. Mentor junior researchers and assist in the training of students, as required. Key Requirements: Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field. Strong background in cell and molecular biology techniques. Evidence of productivity through peer-reviewed publications. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
