About Us NUS Business School Executive Education designs programmes that build leadership and organisational capability, working closely with clients across Asia Pacific and globally to translate their strategic priorities into impactful, faculty-led learning. Our Customised Executive Programmes team partners with C-suite leaders, CHROs, and Heads of L&D throughout this process. We are looking for a motivated relationship builder to grow our portfolio of corporate and public sector clients and deepen our presence in key regional markets. This is a role for someone who combines genuine business acumen with the patience and care required to build trust with senior institutional clients over time. Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels of an organisation — from C-suite sponsors to L&D and HR decision-makers — turning first conversations into long-term partnerships. Consult with senior leaders on their business challenges and work closely with NUS faculty to co-create programmes that deliver real organisational impact. Craft compelling, well-researched proposals and presentations that draw on NUS thought leadership and faculty expertise.
