Safety Coordinator

Job Description: Routinely inspect the workplace(e.g. job sites, factories or offices) to identify unsafe conditions, practices, or equipment To conduct daily TBM for contractor and employee Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations To review & keep update TRA and SOP To arrange for crane, lifting gear & air receiver certification to keep to documentation up to date To arrange and lead safety meeting Conduct evaluation on site equipment and machineries related to mechanical electrical safety inspection Assist management in developing, reviewing, and implementing Workplace safety and Health (WSH) policies Ensure the organization complies with all relevant national and international safety regulations (e.g. Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore). To keep update of employee training record Job Requirements: Must be a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a WSH-related role (such as Assistant WSHO, WSH Coordinator, or Safety Coordinator) Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and accurately prepare safety-related documentation in Chinese Responsible, proactive, and resourceful with a proven track record of strong problem-solving skills An excellent team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities across all levels Highly adaptable with a continuous willingness to learn and keep up with changing safety standards
