Customer Experience Specialist

NATRAHEA is hiring 10x Customer Experience Specialists. To upkeep the brand image and provide the best service to our customers. Job Description: Greet guests at the front desk Handle registration and billing transactions Arrange and organise consultation appointments including scheduling of appointments and calling patients to remind them of appointments Receiving of phone calls and replying of emails General administrative and housekeeping duties within the branch Give customers a good tour around the outlet and explain meticulously our services Job Specification: Enjoys meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work retail hours Knowledge of basic computer skills The role requires to service the clients with English and Mandarin Preferably a year of related experience required Full-time Locations: Island-wide available Benefits: Employee price for services within the organisation.
