Resident Landscape Coordinator

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Resident Landscape Coordinator (RLC) to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations at designated sites (Indoor & Outdoor). This role is critical in ensuring horticultural excellence, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination between site teams and management. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to assess plant health, turf conditions, and landscape quality Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with site gardeners Document daily activities for submission of such as report to client on weekly and/or monthly basis Coordinate fertilizer, chemical, and supplement usage to enhance plant growth and control pests Attend client meetings and coordinate with others to respond to landscape-related queries Provide action plans including cost proposals for priority works and site improvements Train and guide site crew on best maintenance practices Ensure safety and readiness of equipment and seek approval with method statement Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams for seamless operations Participate in duty rosters and relief coverage when needed What We’re Looking For Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management (or equivalent, acceptable to client). Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or site coordination Proficient in English and able to read landscape plans.
