About the Role We're looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Junior Growth Marketing Executive who loves social media, enjoys creating content and has a passion for building online communities. You don't need years of experience, but you should be curious, eager to learn, confident communicating with people and excited about creating content that people genuinely want to watch and share. Working closely with the founder and external marketing agency, you'll help bring our brand to life across social media while supporting creator partnerships and e-commerce growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Social Media Content Plan and schedule organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms Create engaging posts, reels, stories and short-form videos aligned with our content pillars Write captions that educate, entertain and inspire our audience Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas that are relevant to our brand Assist with basic photography and video editing using mobile devices and editing apps Maintain a monthly content calendar Content Creation Film behind-the-scenes content Capture product demonstrations and lifestyle content Assist during campaign shoots, events and product launches Work with the founder to develop authentic founder-led content Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces for different platforms Influencer & Creator Marketing Research and identify creators who align with the Resparkle brand Build and maintain an influencer database Reach out to creators and manage communications Coordinate product gifting campaigns Track campaign performance and creator deliverables Build long-term relationships with creators and brand advocates Affiliate Program Management Recruit affiliates for TikTok Shop and Shopee Support onboarding of new affiliates Maintain regular engagement with affiliate partners Monitor affiliate performance Identify opportunities to improve affiliate sales Prepare simple monthly performance reports Community Management Respond to customer comments and direct messages Engage with followers and relevant communities Build relationships with customers and encourage user-generated content Identify opportunities to increase engagement and grow our online community Marketing Support Assist in planning product launches and campaigns Support pop-up events and brand activations Coordinate marketing assets with external agencies and designers Conduct competitor and market research Track marketing trends and provide ideas for new initiatives Assist with email marketing campaigns and website content updates where required What We're Looking For Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with an eye for good content Comfortable appearing in videos and filming content when required Organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive Positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for social media and digital marketing Experience working with influencers or content creators Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop or e-commerce platforms is a bonus Interest in health, sustainability or consumer brands is an advantage
