Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experiencedSenior Hair Consultant / Salon Manager with a minimum of 5 years of salonexperience in both ladies’ and gentlemen’s hair services. Key Responsibilities Hair & Technical Services - Provide professional hair consultation toclients - Perform hair cutting, styling, colouringand treatments for men and women - Recommend suitable hair care and treatmentsolutions - Maintain high service and hygienestandards Customer Experience - Deliver excellent customer service andrelationship management - Understand and cater to diverse clientneeds, especially South and North Indian customers - Build long-term client relationships andretention Marketing & Business Development - Support salon promotions and marketinginitiatives - Upsell and recommend products andtreatments - Contribute ideas to grow salon revenueand client base Team Management - Lead and supervise junior stylists andtechnicians - Assist in staff scheduling and dailysalon operations - Maintain a positive and professional teamenvironment Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in ladies& gents salon services - Strong skills in hair cutting, styling,treatments and consultation - Experience in team leadership or salonmanagement preferred - Ability to communicate in multiplelanguages (English + Indian languages preferred) - Good understanding of Indian hair typesand treatments - Friendly, professional and well-groomedpersonality What We Offer - Attractive salary + incentives/commission - Friendly and supportive work environment - Career growth opportunities - Training and skill development Interested candidates may apply with theirresume and portfolio (if available).
