Job Summary Perform skilled masonry, plastering, tiling, screeding, waterproofing, and concrete works at construction sites, ensuring all tasks meet project standards and requirements. Responsibilities Perform masonry tasks to build and repair structures, ensuring durability and compliance with project specifications Apply plastering techniques to walls and ceilings to achieve smooth, even surfaces that meet quality standards Install tiles accurately to create durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes in wet trade environments Execute screeding to level floors and surfaces, preparing them for subsequent construction phases Apply waterproofing materials effectively to prevent water ingress and protect building structures Carry out concrete works and general wet trade tasks to support building construction and repair projects Ensure all work complies with construction standards and project requirements to maintain safety and quality Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet project deadlines and support site operations Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wet trade works Proficiency in plastering, bricklaying, and tiling Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work 6 days per week to support project timelines Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
