What will you do: Drive the design and development of SAP BW/4HANA solutions within a highly complex healthcare system landscape, supporting large-scale data processing and analytics. Analyse business requirements and apply best practices in data modelling and reporting to align with healthcare industry standards and regulatory compliance. Conduct in-depth FIT-GAP analysis for new business requirements and deliver SAP BW/4HANA solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Design and implement SAP BW/4HANA data models, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA processes and supporting robust end-to-end testing methodologies. Hands-on experience in Advanced DSO, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, and Native HANA Calculation Views to manage large-scale data processing and analytics. Expertise in S/4HANA ABAP CDS views, particularly in finance, billing, and claims management, with a strong understanding of Operational Data Provisioning (ODP) for real-time data integration. Develop and optimize reports and analytics using tools such as BW/4 Query, Analysis for Office, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support critical healthcare reporting needs. Define and implement agile/hybrid-agile delivery approaches for data analytics and reporting requirements, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to evolving sector specific regulations. Lead reporting and analytics design workshops to gather insights from key stakeholders, propose best-practice solutions, and support data-driven transformation in the sector. Skill Set and Experience: 10+ years of SAP BW development experience, including both backend and front-end reporting, with a strong focus on industry-specific needs. Over 8 years of Native HANA development and 3+ years of experience with BW/4HANA in complex, high-volume data environments. Experience in working on highly complex projects, requiring in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Billing business processes. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a client-facing role, delivering large-scale SAP Finance and Analytics programs implementation. Expertise in BW/4HANA design, architecture, configuration, data extraction, modelling, and reporting, tailored to the healthcare industry's complex requirements. Strong understanding of BW4 Transport management, with a thorough adherence to Change and Release Management processes. Hands-on expertise in HANA SQL Scripting, including the creation and debugging of SQL scripts for large data sets. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support system transformations. A demonstrated capacity to lead teams and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of complex SAP finance and reporting systems. Certifications : SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BW/4HANA SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BW/4HANA SAP Certified Application Specialist - SAP BW/4HANA.
