Associate Engineer

To be a member of the Engineering Planning team, responsible for planning and executing telecommunication infrastructure (Duct and Manhole) and deploying Singapore’s Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (Next Gen NBN) fibre infrastructure. Responsibilities: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Network Inventory system. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders, both internal and external, to manage data from various sources(e.g., via data integration). Work closely with the operations team on as-built reports, fibre loss readings, and GPS readings submissions. Commission projects related to fibre cables, ducts, and manhole projects. Ensure data is up-to-date and aligned with the actual on-site situation. Support service trail migrations during diversions and fibre cut scenarios. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements : Diploma in Engineering or with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in GIS (Geographic Information System) environment would be an advantage. Knowledge of network roll out or implementation would be an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Possess project management and communications skills. Team player and quick learning, goal-oriented individual.
