Machine Operator (Card Centre)

Team and Position Summary Embossing team of Card Centre performs card personalization of Bank and NETS cards through the card personalization machines. The team ensures the daily required quantities of cards are fulfilled for the different Banks. Key Responsibilities Responsible for performing card personalization at machines Meeting Service Levels of customers (ensuring timeliness and accuracy at work) Planning and coordinating with the entire Production team Performing stock taking of collaterals Other ad-hoc duties Requirements Education and Experience Minimum Education Level: Higher NITEC Field of Study: Not applicable Prior working experience in a production line would be an advantage Skills and Knowledge Production-related skills Proficient in English Comfortable working shifts and able to work half-day on Saturdays if required Comfortable working with machines Physically able to lift 5–10 kg of goods Possess basic computer literacy
