We are building Concrete, an internal CRM that our team and our clients will run their daily operations on. We are looking for a technical lead to own the correctness of what we build. Our team ships quickly, but we need senior judgment to ensure the software is secure, reliable, and sound under real use. You will set technical direction, make the architecture calls, and review work before it goes live. This is not a pair of hands. It is the standard everything is measured against. You will work with a founder who stays out of your lane. We bring strategy, outcomes, and product direction. You own how it is built and whether it holds up. UI and UX design is already covered. What you will own Technical direction and architecture for Concrete CRM Security, reliability, and code quality across everything we ship Review of the team's work before it reaches production Key automations and infrastructure where senior input matters most What we are looking for Proven experience shipping production software Strong grasp of security, architecture, and system reliability The instinct to look at a system and see what will break Someone who can lead direction independently Details: Singapore.
