Job Summary Plan and deliver engaging Chinese lessons for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students, aligned with the MOE syllabus, to develop their oral and writing skills while monitoring progress and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students to ensure curriculum compliance and effective learning Prepare teaching materials and worksheets that support lesson objectives and enhance student understanding Develop students’ oral and writing skills by applying targeted teaching strategies to improve language proficiency Monitor student progress through assessments and provide targeted academic support to address learning gaps Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement Maintain effective classroom management to create a positive and focused learning environment Create revision notes and practice papers to reinforce learning and prepare students for assessments Communicate regularly with parents and management to report on student progress and address concerns Participate in training sessions and assist with centre activities to support continuous professional development and centre operations
