About this role

Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the school's parent engagement initiatives by designing and facilitating parent advisory groups, task forces, and educational programs that strengthen families' understanding of, commitment to, and alignment with the school's mission, values, and strategic priorities. Serve as the senior liaison between school leadership and parent volunteer organizations, providing strategic guidance to ensure volunteer initiatives are purposeful, well-governed, and aligned with institutional objectives. Design, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive and scalable family onboarding framework that establishes cultural expectations, fosters meaningful relationships, and lays the foundation for long-term family engagement and partnership. Lead and facilitate strategic meetings with parent leaders by setting clear objectives and agendas that promote constructive dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and transparent communication between the school and the parent community. Build and sustain high-trust relationships across a diverse parent population, serving as a visible, approachable, and credible representative of the school while advancing community engagement and institutional development goals. Partner closely with the Director of Communications and senior leadership to identify, assess, and address strategic and emerging issues affecting parent-school relationships. Develop data-driven reporting frameworks, engagement metrics, and trend analyses to provide actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement. Provide visionary leadership, direction, coaching, and professional development to the Parent Engagement team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Develop and present strategic, data-informed recommendations that translate parent feedback, community insights, and engagement outcomes into practical initiatives that strengthen family partnerships and contribute to the school's long-term success.
