About this role
Responsibilities Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation/tender and on-going projects with specific deadline. Liaise with suppliers /Sub-contractors and source for competitive quotation. Submission of monthly progress claim & variation order (VO). Evaluation of sub-contractors’ progress claim & variation order. Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients. Contract documents administration. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience with building construction Preferred experience in full QS role in A1 Main-con. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office.
