Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and actively grow the Company's sales pipeline through customer acquisition, networking, and relationship management. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Achieve sales targets by promoting the Company's HVAC and mission-critical cooling solutions. Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements, and recommend suitable products and engineering solutions. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, equipment selections, and tender submissions. Coordinate with consultants, designers, and clients throughout the tender and bidding process. Conduct site visits and assess customers' existing HVAC systems to identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements. Work closely with the Project Engineering team to ensure a smooth handover after project award and support project execution where required. Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within the HVAC, M&E, building services, or data centre industry. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and air-conditioning solutions. Experience in mission-critical cooling or data centre projects will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors. Willing to travel for customer visits and project meetings when required. *Only shortlisted candidates would be notified**
