About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Senior Executive, Partnerships to support the development and management of strategic partnerships, articulation agreements, and credit transfer pathways that facilitate student recruitment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, overseas counterparts, and partner institutions, you will play a vital role in partnership development, market research, stakeholder engagement, marketing initiatives, and student pathway growth. The role also provides opportunities for professional development, presentations and training. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Job Description Develop, implement, review, and maintain articulation agreements and credit transfer arrangements with partner institutions. Conduct curriculum mapping, qualification assessments, and credit equivalency evaluations to identify pathway opportunities. Prepare and maintain articulation documentation, partnership records, and credit transfer resources in compliance with university requirements. Support the development and management of strategic partnerships that promote programs and student recruitment in Singapore. Serve as a key contact for operational matters relating to articulation agreements and partnership activities. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, relationship-building activities, and partnership engagement initiatives with internal and external partners. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic intelligence gathering to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and risks within the higher education sector. Monitor developments in partner institutions' curricula and qualification frameworks to identify new articulation and progression opportunities. Represent the institution at education exhibitions, school visits, information sessions, partner events, and other outreach activities. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and events in collaboration with partner institutions. Monitor and report on partnership, marketing, and event outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain departmental records, SharePoint filing systems, reports, budgets, and documentation while supporting audit, accreditation, compliance, and operational planning activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in partnerships, marketing, communications, business development, or stakeholder engagement. Experience in marketing, communications, and event management is essential. Experience within the education sector or higher education industry will be highly advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. Excellent research, analytical, organisational, and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive innovation and process improvement, and contribute to overall corporate operations. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail in completing tasks and assigned projects. Meticulous, well-organised, and conscientious. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint. (Only shortlisted candidates will be notified)
