Clinic Assistant

Job Summary You will assist in the daily operations of the clinic by supporting patient services, managing clinic resources, and maintaining a smooth workflow under the guidance of the Managing Doctor or Clinic Manager. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in patients to ensure a welcoming and efficient clinic experience Register patients accurately by collecting and verifying their personal and medical information for proper record-keeping Schedule patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow and reduce waiting times Dispense medicine by preparing and providing prescribed medications according to clinic protocols Collect payments from patients and process transactions accurately to maintain financial records Respond to patient enquiries clearly and promptly to provide helpful information and support Process online medical claims by submitting required documentation to facilitate timely reimbursements Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic environment to ensure a safe and hygienic space Monitor and manage consumables inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Doctor or Clinic Manager to support clinic operations Required competencies and certifications Ability to work weekday nights, staggered shifts, and weekends as scheduled (clinic closed on Sundays and public holidays) 📍Locations available (Can choose!!) 💗 Boon Lay Area 💛 Kallang Area
