Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies, owner requirements, local regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards while maintaining a strong control environment. Provide financial insights to support revenue growth, cost optimisation, profitability, cash flow, and return on investment. Oversee capital expenditure, FF&E planning, owner-funded projects, and asset management. Partner with operational and commercial teams to enhance hotel performance while maintaining exceptional guest experience and brand standards. Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession planning. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification. Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit, tax, cash management, and balance sheet management. Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to drive change and develop high-performing teams.
