Job Summary Join Nexbridge Recruitment as a Freelance Recruiter to independently source, screen, and refer candidates for various roles, earning commission on successful placements with flexible working hours. Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates for job opportunities using diverse channels including personal networks, social media, and referrals Share relevant job openings with candidates who match the role requirements Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate suitability based on job criteria Maintain ongoing communication with referred candidates throughout the recruitment process Coordinate with internal teams to update candidate progress and arrange interviews Refer qualified candidates who meet the specific requirements of available positions Manage your own schedule and work independently to achieve successful candidate placements Preferred competencies and qualifications CEI Certified Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective candidate engagement Proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and networking Ability to build and maintain professional relationships to expand candidate reach Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving placement targets Other Information This is a fully commission-based freelance role with no fixed salary Flexible working hours allow you to work according to your own schedule Commission payouts are made upon successful candidate placements Suitable for individuals with strong networks, freelancers, students, and sales or customer-facing professionals
