Job Title: Retail Butcher/Meat Cutter Monthly Salary: UP to $3,000 Working Address: Outram Working hours: 5.5-day work week/44 hours (Shift basis + work on weekends required Responsibilities and duties Preparation of meat for sale (cutting, mincing, packing), adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures. Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure product quality and freshness. Cleaning and maintenance of working tools/equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment. Service customer requests politely and professionally. Perform other ad hoc duties as instructed by the immediate superior. Qualifications and Requirements: Knowledge of meat handling and cutting techniques. WSQ Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene. Prior Working Experience in a Food-Related Industry.
