Monthly Salary: UP to $2400 (Negotiable) Working Address: Multiple Locations Working Hours: 8 Hours Shift Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain bar and service operation standards in accordance with company guidelines Prepare and serve beverages according to established quality standards Recognise regular customers’ preferences and communicate them to the Restaurant Managers to enhance guest experience Provide menu recommendations, respond to customer enquiries, and share relevant information on menu offerings Escalate customer feedback or complaints to the Managers promptly Maintain cleanliness standards, including the upkeep of furnishings, equipment, and proper setup of the restaurant and related service areas Coordinate with the bartender and service team to support smooth bar operations Ensure bar areas are kept clean, organised, and properly prepared for service Maintain the quality and consistency of drinks served in accordance with company standards Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned Qualification and Requirements: No prior experience required; training will be provided Benefits: Monthly Incentive Annual Leave Entitlement Medical and Dental Insurance Annual Bonus Paid Overtime Staff Meals & Uniform provided Staff Discounts Supportive and positive working environment Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
