Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out – Site Management)

Monthly Salary: UP to $5000 (Negotiable) Working Address: Central Business District + On site travel Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM Our client is a leading Japanese interior design & build firm with over 35 years of history in Singapore, delivering retail, F&B and corporate interior projects to Japanese and international clients. To support business growth, they are hiring a hands-on site management professional to run the day-to-day delivery of fit-out projects alongside senior project managers. Responsibilities & Duties: Manage day-to-day site operations of interior fit-out and renovation projects (retail, F&B and office) Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; monitor schedule, quality, cost and site safety Handle mall/landlord and authority submissions, permits and fit-out compliance Liaise with clients, designers and the in-house team on site progress; escalate and resolve issues quickly Prepare progress reports, site documentation and handover/defects management Qualifications and Requirements: At least 2 years of site coordination / project management experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction Able to manage subcontractors independently and keep multiple work fronts moving on schedule Good communication skills in English (for site documentation and client liaison purposes) Retail or F&B fit-out experience with mall management submissions (Orchard/major malls) Possess required safety certifications (e.g. WSQ safety courses, bizSAFE-related) Proficiency in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and site teams Basic AutoCAD / drawing literacy Benefits: Annual Leave Medical Leave Transport expense reimbursement Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
