Bridal Jewellery Planner

Working Address: Orchard Monthly Salary: UP to $3500 (Negotiable) Working hours: 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays Shift 1: 10am to 7pm Shift 2: 1pm to 10pm Responsibilities & Duties: Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming retail experience for customers. Support day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management and store upkeep. Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations in a professional and attentive manner. Participate in wedding events, roadshows, and exhibitions when required. Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, communication processes, and business operations. Support the team with additional operational duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred. Candidates without prior experience but with a strong interest in jewelry, design, or customer service are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Team player with good listening skills and attention to customer needs. Comfortable trying new approaches and taking on new challenges. Interested in growing together with the brand as the business expands. This role requires proficiency in spoken Mandarin to effectively support and communicate with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base.
