Product Business Analyst

NextLabs is a security software company focused on developing mission critical next generation policy enforcement infrastructure and system software. NextLabs provides large enterprises with active, policy-driven control of their information network wherever and whenever it is used by employees, contractors and partners. Our policy management platform and universal enforcement solutions enable centrally managed information security control policies across all applications, data and digital business processes. We are looking for a motivated Product Business Analyst to support our product and delivery teams. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and customers to help gather requirements, document user stories, support Agile ceremonies, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements from internal stakeholdersand customers Convert requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria Maintain requirement documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,and retrospectives Act as Scrum Master backup when required, supporting meeting facilitation and follow-ups Assist in preparing UAT test scenarios and test cases Ensure business requirements are met before release Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements during development Support communication between business users and technical teams Help with customer onboarding and knowledge transfer activities Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent 1-3 years of experience Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum concepts Familiarity with IT systems and software development processes Ability to write clear requirements and user stories Strong written and verbal communication skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus Interested candidates may send resume to jobs.sg@nextlabs.com or use our online format https://www.nextlabs.com/career.
