EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, EXAMINATIONS - CET ACADEMY

This is a 2-year contract position as an Executive / Senior Executive in the CET Academy. As an Executive / Senior Executive handling examination matters, you will be required to provide executive support in key functional areas of examination preparation and processing and system administration for the Student Management Systems. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Administer systems relating to exam setup, exam scheduling and exam reports Manage data administration process to maintain data integrity and accuracy of student records Manage all student examination records and prepare statistical reports according to the Records Management procedures Support student data and statistics requests from both internal and external parties Prepare funding claims for CET courses Review processes for automation Support academic quality framework requirements, such as course review evaluation Perform ad-hoc duties/ projects as required At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in one of these areas: educational programme management, statistics and IT Proficient in MS Office Applications with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge Experience using analytics software, e.g. Tableau, is preferred Good communications, people and customer service skills Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment Resilient, meticulous and resourceful
