Temporary Patient Service Associate (6 months)

Provide administrative and clinical support in specialist outpatient clinics, including registration, billing, and patient appointment management. Assist doctors with consultation room readiness, basic nursing procedures, and patient care services. Candidates must be able to handle counter duties, financial transactions, and basic clinical tasks like taking vital signs. Ability to maintain patient data privacy in compliance with PDPA and provide guidance to junior staff is required.
