Head of AI About the Role We are looking for a Head of AI (Agentic Outreach) to lead the development of AI-powered outreach and growth systems. This role will be responsible for building autonomous AI agents that can identify prospects, generate personalized outreach, engage in conversations, and continuously improve performance across multiple channels. You will work closely with business, growth, and engineering teams to design scalable AI solutions that drive pipeline generation, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven outreach and engagement. Build and lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and growth specialists. Establish governance, compliance, and quality standards for AI systems. AI Engineering & Agent Development Design, build, and optimize autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and memory systems to improve contextual understanding. Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, and Mistral. Build integrations with external tools, APIs, and data sources. Growth & Revenue Enablement Integrate AI workflows with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and data enrichment solutions. Improve outreach effectiveness through experimentation, analytics, and feedback loops. Monitor key performance metrics including response rates, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and ROI. Requirements 5+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), or related fields. Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI frameworks. Experience building AI agents, agent orchestration systems, or multi-agent workflows. Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering. Experience integrating APIs, data pipelines, and business applications. Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment. Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or related platforms. Track record of delivering AI products or automation solutions at scale.
