BIM Modeller

Responsibilities Apply BIM software and modeling techniques, including AutoDesk Revit (Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), to develop accurate building models Collaborate with project management teams to initiate, implement, and monitor detailed workplans for BIM deliverables Maintain and enforce established BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation aligned with project requirements Coordinate and communicate with project and construction teams to manage submissions, updates, and changes, identifying and resolving clashes across disciplines Facilitate project coordination to ensure smooth BIM integration and timely delivery of project milestones Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project execution and BIM processes Required competencies and certifications Recognized Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction disciplines Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software for BIM modeling and drafting Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience in building construction and project execution
