Investment Banking Division Overview: Nomura's Investment Banking department is a leading global player offering a comprehensive range of advisory and capital-raising services to clients. Responsibilities: Combination of execution and client coverage including: valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management Business and industry research and analysis Preparation of transaction marketing materials and client deliverables Other ad hoc tasks as required by the senior bankers Development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers The role is based in Singapore but may involve travel to priority markets for origination and execution work Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of M&A experience within Investment banking Minimum 3 years of experience within the Industrials and/or Infrastructure sector Prior experience in valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management Network internally and externally to improve knowledge of GII team and the firm Build close working relationships with all colleagues within Nomura Excellent organization and project management skills Ability to work efficiently in flat teams, managing up and down as appropriate Entrepreneurial mindset: flexibility in taking on additional responsibilities ad hoc as needed Create and constantly improve materials, leverage differentiated content of our existing sector teams Nomura Leadership Behaviours Explore Insights & Vision: Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
