Head Of Talent & Business Partners

The HR department is looking for an experienced, proactive and results oriented professional to join the Talent & Business Partners team as a Senior HR Business Partner. Talent & Business Partners are responsible for delivering HR services across all Norges Bank Investment Management’s (NBIM) locations, and as a team we provide expert guidance on various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. We serve as a bridge between HR and the business, ensuring that HR initiatives are tailored to support the overall success of the organization. What you will do Ensure effective implementation of people strategies and activities aligned with organisational priorities Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership to ensure all policies, practices, and decisions are compliant Advise and help line managers on key people and organisational processes Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships and work environment Support management and employees to build a desired culture Ensure effective knowledge sharing and collaboration within the HR team Contribute in strategic development projects What you need Relevant university degree, preferably within HR Minimum 10-15 year’s experience as an HR professional, preferably as a generalist Knowledge of employment law Experience from international organisations Experience from working within financial industry is an advantage Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and general knowledge of HR systems Working proficiency in written and spoken English Who you are Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and show empathy to different stakeholders in an international organisation Willingness to take on responsibility, take ownership of issues and have a solution-oriented and resilient mindset You thrive with managing a variety of cases, are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills What we offer Norges Bank Investment Management offers a rewarding, international fast-paced working environment, and the opportunity to play a role in safeguarding and building financial wealth for future generations as part of one of the world’s largest funds.
