The Field Service Engineer will support Nova systems under warranty and service agreements, maintain parts inventory, and assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and customer training. A minimum of a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required, along with 3+ years of working knowledge of capital semiconductor equipment, including X-ray, vacuum, and automated systems. Candidates must possess strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for independent troubleshooting, experience with high-vacuum systems is highly preferred, and proficiency in first-level software troubleshooting is necessary.
