Accountant Executive

1. Day-to-Day Accounting Maintain daily records of financial transactions. Prepare journal entries, invoices, and vouchers. Post transactions to ledgers and reconcile accounts. 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements. Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on customer payments. Maintain records of incoming and outgoing payments. 3. Bank Reconciliation Reconcile company bank statements with accounting records. Identify and resolve discrepancies. 4. Financial Reporting Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the finance manager in creating balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc. 5. GST / VAT / Tax Filing (Region-Specific) Prepare and file GST/VAT or other tax returns on time. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations. 6. Audit & Compliance Assist internal and external auditors. Ensure financial practices comply with company policies and legal regulations. 🧠 Key Skills Required: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) Strong attention to detail Knowledge of accounting principles and standards Excel and spreadsheet skills Good time management
