Senior Engineer / Assistant Project Manager

Job Description Job Scope: The person will oversee the M&E projects from engineering design inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing manpower and other resources. The person will be working with site personnel, and site activities and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below: · Project management, site meeting, and coordination · Engineering & technical study, identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications. · Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. · Experience in M&E contracts, documentation, and having an established network of vendors, suppliers & contractors will be an advantage. · Undertake Adhoc duties as assigned.
