Workstream Project Manager

Job Background: This is a Workstream Project Manager role to support a MNC Bank's Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another. Key Responsibilities: Workstream Planning & Execution: Manage day-to-day delivery across assigned Anchor workstreams, maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Prepare status updates, dashboards, and meeting packs for internal stakeholders; facilitate workstream stand-ups and working group sessions to maintain momentum and resolve blockers. Dependency & Change Management: Monitor intra- and inter-workstream dependencies, assess the impact of scope changes, and ensure change requests are properly documented and approved through the governance process. Experience: Essential: Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 5+ years. Desirable: Prior experience as Project Management Officer. Competencies: Candidate should have prior experience of project management.
