Job Summary Drive direct sales activities to achieve company goals by managing customer relationships, securing new clients, resolving operational issues, and supporting strategic pricing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Execute direct sales activities to achieve company sales goals, standards, and KPIs Manage assigned customers and secure new clients from potential customer lists Monitor sales progress and results, and develop contingency plans to address challenges Resolve customer issues related to operations, customer service, receivables, or other sales matters Engage in sales communications and negotiations with local and overseas offices and customers Conduct pricing studies and prepare accurate quotations to support sales efforts Analyze competitors and market conditions to assist in formulating effective sales strategies Collaborate with other departments to generate and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Prepare annual budgets and work towards their successful attainment
