About this role

The HR Business Partner will lead full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, to support a high-tech manufacturing environment. They will partner with management to execute strategic HR initiatives, bridge capability gaps, and manage talent reviews and succession planning. Candidates must have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry in an MNC setting. A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and a strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws are required.
