- •Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Required
- •Experience in project management, preferably in New Product Introduction (NPI)
- •Strong understanding of high-tech product development processes
- •Ability to exceed customer expectations and achieve high satisfaction
- •Driven and enthusiastic about technology
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to have
- •Experience in the semiconductor or precision engineering industry
- •Familiarity with NTS's specific technologies or products
- •Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- •Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
