Command Centre Operation Engineer (L1)

As the first point of contact, the engineer will proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems, focusing on first-line support for standard and low-complexity issues to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, providing telephonic/ticket support, performing maintenance activities like patching, and contributing to disaster recovery functions. Candidates need entry-level experience in troubleshooting and support across domains like security, network, or systems within a large ICT organization, along with basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and ITIL processes. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT or Computing is required, alongside a client-centric approach and the ability to work hard, even when longer hours are necessary.
