System Analyst (Banking Sector)

Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications and functional designs. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new system enhancements and projects. Design and propose system solutions, including data models, process flows, and integration points, aligning with architectural standards and security policies. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Provide support to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testings to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials. Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities. Collaborate with project stakeholders such as project managers, developers, testers, and other IT professionals to ensure project success. Ensure adherence to Company's project management methodologies, policies, and quality standards. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and design. Assist in training end-users on new or enhanced system functionalities. Requirements Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution. Essential: Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
